Community Standing
Peer endorsements, cultural co-signs, and grassroots reception within Black communities at local and national levels, weighted by credibility of endorser.
Aggregate Assessment
The Board of Review's composite determination, accounting for contextual factors, historical precedent, and variables not captured by the preceding categories.
